To request an angel, fill out the form or write to the mailing address below. Please include name, address, phone and ethnicity, along with a little information about the recipient. Incomplete forms will not be honored. Due to low funding at this time, we must ask for a donation to cover the shipping costs only. Please use our donation button to help us keep this organization going.
Currently only available in U.S.
We do not send to P.O. Boxes.
Angels are given on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability and funding. Not all angels will be handpainted ceramics, as we have outgrown our ability to keep up with the demand. Angels of Destiny Ministries makes no guarantee of availability, delivery or product warranty. All information used to request an angel will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used in any manner except to deliver the anointed angels.
